Shipping

 We ship within 48 to 72 hours of receiving order unless the order is placed on the weekend and or holiday, then the order will be shipped on the following business day. There may be some shoes that are imported, which will take between 14-18 days to be shipped, this should be stated on the product page. We ship U.S.P.S Ground Shipping and U.P.S Ground Shipping. We have free shipping for orders that is over $65.00. All orders have a tracking number through U.S.P.S or U.P.S, which will be sent to you by email. If you would like us to ship out a package faster contact us at info@hottrendzonline.com and we will send you an invoice through Paypal for the additional charges.

Orders Under $19.99 = $3.95

Orders $20.00-$64.99 = $6.95

Orders Over $65.00 = Free Shipping

International Shipping 

Flat Shipping Fee of $25.00 for U.S.P.S International Shipping. No shipping is guaranteed regardless of the method of shipping you choose. Delays through customs, handing in local areas, on going theft in remote areas are NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF Hot Trendz. Our responsibility for delivery ends when we deliver to the shipping carrier here in the United States. International Postal orders cannot be tracked with USPS once the package leaves the United States,  for more information on your package please contact your countries postal service. International Postal shipments will receive a customs number only.

Returns/Refunds

We only give refunds or credits for Shoes, Handbags, Wallets, and Belts. These items can be returned for a refund or credit within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in the original packaging to avoid a 25% restocking fee. Once the items have been received you will be issued a refund/credit. Non Return items are Fashion Jewelry, Hosiery, and Hair Accessories. If you recieve Defective or Damaged Merchadise, Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@hottrendzonline.com for a refund or credit whichever your choice. Shipping charges are not refundable.
